Our goal is to document that improved seeds, fertilizer and farm equipment increase the per acre revenues more than enough to pay for these improved farming tools.  Having confirmed this business model, we want to replicate it throughout the east African farming community.

The TPT Agri-Business Value Chain will serve as the point of reference for each transaction.  Here’s how it works.   The cooperative management will identify the harvesting tool needs of their farmers.  Our pilot project site is 1,300-acres in northern Uganda’s Lango Sub-Region.

Each project will identify the costs of its agriculture needs. Our pilot project business model will document self-funding and an increase in per acre revenues of 60%.
